International singer/songwriter, Carmelina Cupo is the full package.  Her debut
album, "I Dont Look Like You", was nominated for BEST POP ALBUM at the West Coast
Music Awards, and received national press and airplay across Canada and the US.
Carmelina was recognized by Billboard Magazine with an Honourable Mention, for the
Billboard Songwriting Contest, coming in Top 500 out of 10,000 entries worldwide,
for her song "Waiting", and won the Canadian National Songwriting Contest, for her
song "Careless Words".  

Carmelina’s sophmore album, "i-5 Dreams" was released on her own label, Wicked Vixen
Records.  This album brought her to Europe, where she received airplay on Poland's
top radio, Radio 3 and Radio RFM and Italy’s top radio, Radio Deejay.  

Carmelina toured Poland and Italy, opening for International Acts:  Sean Paul, Craig
David, Natalie Imbruglia, Kool & The Gang, Le Chic, and some of the Italy's biggest
artists, including Biagio Antonacci, Elisa, Irene Grandi, Francesco Renga, Antonello
Venditti, Alex Britti, Max Pezzali, Luca Dirisio, Paola e Chiara, Tiromancino,
Syria, Gemelli Diversi and Paolo Meneguzzi.  Having performed for crowds of over
80,000 people, this girl is no stranger to the big stage!  

After shooting her music video in Paris last year, for her European single,
"Fascination Collides," Carmelina began writing and recording her third album,
collaborating with Dave Pickell (Dan Hill, Amy Sky, Holly McNarland, Lara Fabian),
Jeff Dawson (Daniel Powter, Kelly Rowland, JD Fortune, Holly McNarland, State Of
Shock) and Dave Martone (3 Doors Down, Joe Satriani, Nickelback, Daniel Adair), and
is excited for the release in late 2010.
