The Ten Commandments:
1. Pick an available date. We only have one fundraiser per day.
2. Determine how many tickets you intend to sell. Minimum 30. (You can always have more tickets printed, but we need to know how many to print up.)
3. You earn $6 from each ticket sold. At the time of picking up your tickets we require a $270 deposit. This pays for the first 30 tickets (minimum).
4. Tickets are to be sold for $15 each.
5. One week before the date please contact us to confirm expected numbers, so that our kitchen and floor staff are prepared for the numbers.
6. Each ticket holder is entitled to choose one dinner from our fundraiser menu and a sleeve of Kokanee, highball or pop. Sorry no wine.
7. Food portion of Ticket may be redeemed for a period of two hours after your fundraiser start time, only on the date of the fundraiser (on ticket).
8. You are welcome to hold 50/50 draws, toonie tosses, etc. You must discuss this with the bar in advance. All draws, etc. must be held in accordance with the bar policies and the laws of British Columbia. No minors are permitted on premises as we are a liquor primary establishment.
