Fundraiser Policies
$8.00 – Burger (beef or veggie) & Beverage (Canadian draught, house hi-ball, or house wine)
Sun – Thurs: Maximum 120, reserved seating in upper levels with remainder being first come first serve on lower level.
Fri - Sat: Maximum 100, reserved seating in upper levels only with
remainder being first come first serve on the lower level
*Start time no earlier than 6:00 pm
Absolutely No Patio Reservations during the summer.
We print the tickets.
$8 per ticket is to be paid at the time they are picked up plus a one time $25 administration fee.
No refund on unsold tickets.
For scheduling purposes the number of people attending the fundraiser must be confirmed 7 days in advance.
If you want to increase fundraiser numbers with short notice you must receive confirmation first so we can ensure proper Meet The Staff coverage and food ordering.
Toonie toss, 50/50, raffles, use of microphone must be finished by 9:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Food must be ordered within 3 hours from the fundraiser start time.
No take-out fundraiser meals. |
